Tequila, the star of Añejo’s show! Our selection of tequilas and mezcal was curated to highlight what makes tequila such a special spirit; it’s distinctive flavors. From the citrus notes in blancos, to vanilla in reposados, and the woody complexity in Añejos, tequila has so much more to offer. Añejo’s bar program takes advantage of tequila’s natural pairing with fresh fruits. Our craft cocktails are made with fresh fruits and syrups and shrubs made in-house. Our expert bartenders shake and stir up a cocktail that will leave you thirsty for more.
Our kitchen produces a full menu with lunch, dinner, late night, & weekend brunch service. Carrying a foundation of Guadalajara-based Mexican cuisine, Añejo’s menu ranges from traditional fare such as tortas ahogados to specialties like our guajillo-marinated borrego. While our standout dishes include grilled carnes and house-made chorizo links, we still have the ever-popular street tacos and tortas. Añejo takes pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients in its dishes.
Añejo Restaurant and Tequila Bar opened in April 2018 in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. With an aesthetic that combines the space’s airy industrial bones with warm Mexican ceramics, Añejo’s where you can unwind with a craft margarita and tender carnitas. Our bar is outfitted with tv screens, and for special events we set up the projector so that everyone in the house can view the big game! Our dedicated team of servers, hosts, and bartenders provide hospitality that is friendly and inviting. With an ample footprint, Añejo can comfortably accommodate multiple parties of eight, with a section that can host up to 30!
